I want it to be explicit what the intervals and times are for. Because there are a lot of different time type variables in this app

by telling yourself what value this variable will hold you can easily extract a decent name. And you already know it because you said This one holds the ms to check the change in sensor data

I always try to put the noun and unit type at the end of the name

I added InMillis to the end of my variable.
