SO Close Vote Reviewers

when I saw that review item, I was about to hit off-topic > "why doesn't this work", then I noticed that the only close vote was for POB, hinting that it was an audit.

I'm not saying we should vote that way, just bringing it to attention

plus, there is no explicit question with the post

I'd figure it has to do with SE cutting the connection

and the reason I notice this is because of the "last seen" on the bot
