Q: Have a form drop down(spinner) and trying to change the value of the selected spinner(drop down)

well that code just allows the spinners and other android like UI to work on a desktop browser so it doesn't change anything when the file isn't there and I am on mobile device

pecl.php.net/package/v8js and pecl.php.net/package/spidermonkey
