One guy told me why my account was suspended. I responded on Mar. 25 (the same day), and nobody has said anything since.

He said it was for cheating behavior, which isn't really helpful because the popup already told me it was for offensive language or cheating.

Yep. I tested another of js.org's subs, and it had the same result as yours.
