@A5C1D2H2I1M1N2O1R2T1 I get lots of comment like that on daily basis (@BhargavRao can confirm from my flags) and I don't bring it here everytime, yday the flag got declined so I brought it up here to confirm
Initially, I used to reply to ever comment and try to justify my action. Then I was told not to get into comment-war, just flag and proceed. I started doing that. Now, I am told that wait for 5 minutes before you flag. What next?
So rules/restrictions are only there for people who follow them, for rest who don't bother to understand the purpose of this site can keep on answering duplicate questions, posting comments to humiliate others without any fear of getting punished.
This has been brought up here again and again with enough evidences and still nothing has been done (at least no change has been seen).
Anyways, too much of vent out on a weekend. I would make sure it is not brought up again (at least from me). Have a good day all :)

@Frank lol, I was just reading about that. It's unbelievable that we have a President that makes fun of peoples' appearance.
That answer doesn't even remotely answer the question! I think people just see his quarter-million rep and are like "Oh yeah, that must be what I want. Yep, Accept!"
