you can use Handler instead of using activity context .sometime activity context is to costly and also able to create memory leak if you are not using proper way

Is it possible to send incoming call information from my app to the homescreen (android) ...so if i don't know the incoming number my app should look at their database and if the number exit ..they should send the contact to the homescreen dialer info

true caller have dialer app as well as it show dialog with person name and incoming call number. so there are two options you can show your own dialer or you can just show dialog with name of the person and number.
