upvotes, downvotes

@meagar I only see the drops in the downvote graph (drop=increase in #downvotes). Strange

After 99 does it seems to switch to -100?

If you look at the two guys who didn't show a drop on the original graph, it's because they already had more than 100 downvotes

Suspicious voting is pretty easy to detect for questions and answers, when a few extra votes are significant

We're in the thousands of votes for most candidates now, somebody would have to be stuffing a lot of votes in for it to be noticable
