It will most likely have to be a modflag. The user is a normal good-faith assumed user, and he points to LPT being the solution according to a github closed issue

Which is full of LPT spam

so the reason he gave this rec was probably based on misinterpreting that spam

This takes more to explain then fits in a modflag
