I suspect the answer will be No, but is this a suitable place to enquire whether stackoverflow.com/a/26839914/1505120 might be undeleted? Neither Q nor A is stellar but Q seems to be on topic and user4234865's answer is correct. Seems a bit harsh in that case to delete a user's first post.

@pnuts This is not really the place to ask, but there's no vote mechanism that I can find for undeleting a deleted answer. A diamond moderator might be able to help you - flag the question with 'Other' and explain in the comments. FWIW the question is off-topic since there's no programming involved.
When you type an illegal npm command, you are getting a user-friendly error message stating which commands are legal to use:
$ npm illegal
Usage: npm <command>
where <command> is one of:

@MikeW TQ. Apparently Trusted Users may vote to undelete (I understand one has already done so - I'm not sure how many are required). I hesitate to approach a mod given that that is possible. "the question is off-topic since there's no programming involved" - I disagree. Formulae (admittedly very simple ones) are required to construct the bars so please see.
I note Q now has a (IMO) poorer (not deleted) version of the same (deleted) answer from a different user - hardly "be nice to newbies".

I just want to learn my lesson and understand what I was wrong with asking such a question and how could I did it differently/better..or may be I should not have asked it in the first place..
