the makefile will just represent that hierarchy

kk, just talked with the accountant guy. he explained it

tl;dr Alberta is running out of money because oil prices dropped and that is their main export

lowered our GDP enough to push the rest of the country into a recession.

however we (Ontario) are not feeling it yet
