I am having a problem calculating the resultant velocity in the x,y and z axis. Basically, given pitch and yaw angles and a total velocity, I want to calculate the velocity in each of the 3 axis.
I know how to do this in 2d(xy plane) However, i don't know how to do this in 3d. In 2d it was simple, velocityX=cos(angle)*totalVelocity and velocityY=sin(angle)*totalVelocity But, when it comes to 3d i have to use 2 angles(pitch and yaw), How would I do this? Thanks in advance!!

there might be some problem in header as library works in your case

or may be request method is not proper. log the request on your server and compare it with the postman request.
this might give you a clue what is the wrong parameter you are sending

@TaimurAyaz basiclly, run the code through the debugger and track what is actually happening - also, insert a couple Log.d statements for mMediaPlayer at various points
no, when the class is initialized... the issue is that the onCreate() method is not being triggered before surfaceCreated() method is being triggered, and therefore mMediaPlayer is not being initialized
I will say this, if me saying you need to create a constructor for that code doesn't make sense, then you are trying to do something waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to complex for your level of understand for application development
all I can tell you is that if you are getting a NPE at line 134, and at line 134 we find: mMediaPlayer.setDisplay(holder); then what that is telling us is that mMediaPlayer has yet to be defined by the time that line is executed. The only place in your code where it is being defined is on line 48: mMediaPlayer = new MediaPlayer();. Since you are getting a NPE then that means that 48 is not being executed before line 134... The solution is to make sure it has been initialized...
and to do that, generally you would just make sure of initialization of all needed variables in your constructor
