@TheLittleNaruto I am facing very annoying issue don't know whether its a normal behaviour. Here is my problem, I have one Fragment with a draglistener on one of its Views, another Fragment is added to this Fragment which also have a draglistener on one of its Views, but the draglistener in First Fragment is reacting to the drag response in second Fragment
@TheLittleNaruto for learning abstract method I hv created a LoginActivity and an abstract AbstractLogin with abstract getLogin() function... then I hv create two classes for G+ login and Server login LoginGp & LoginServer and extend AbstractLogin class in both of these..am I doing correct??
@LinX64 So Basically RecyclerView's Activity is in Background and you want to udpate the RecyclerView's item in that Activity from a different Activity which is in Foreground at the moment right?
I m doing dynamic login using ViewPager + Listview so the lister is common for all view whether there r 10 or n numbers of fragments..so need to use separete interfaces to update each of the UI
@LinX64 you are confusing me right now? You said you want to udpate from another Activity. So what's that another Activity. Activity With RecyclerView or different one?

@TheLittleNaruto Ummm.. do you know what's the scope of DragListener?. Like If I have two Activities with DragListner implemented then is their possibility that they can interact with each other
@TheLittleNaruto So are the two activities are active at the same time because in my case one Fragment is above the other meant to say both are active at the same time
@TheLittleNaruto Actually my case is suppose I have a Fragment A and a RecyclerView inside it. I have startDrag method on the RecyclerView's item and DragListener implemented inside Fragment A. when I tap on a button inside Fragment A, Fragment B is added to the FrameLayout present in the Fragment A. Fragment B is also having same structure i.e a RecyclerView and startDrag on its item and DragListener implemented inside Fragment B.
But when I drag a RecyclerView item in Fragment B, both the DragListeners inside Fragment A and Fragment B starts responding.

Hey. So Im trying to get a job in Android. Ive worked as a programmer for a few years but have been learning Android on my own. I made a git hub account and uploaded my demo app. Its nothing amazing, uses GPS, custom array adapters, AsyncTasks and a few other things. Would anyone be willing to have a look at the Github project and let me know what they think?
salaray isnt too bad. Boss is a lunatic. But its mostly the work. Im not programming all that much. I work for a reseller at the moment. Its so boring and frustrating, cos the softwar eis a god damn nightmare.
I like Java. Just doing core development. my first two jobs were pretty much just core development. Have a Masters too. But I havent done much web stuff, Javascript, Ruby, etc. I made a mistake in my 20's. I mostly drank them away when I should of been learning other stuff, like the above, so im playing catch up now. Started with Android as its intersting and Java.
ive been at it for a couple months so im not brand new. Still going with it. But Im trying to get a job in it as soon as possible. Had one interview, didnt go great. Asked me about stuff I didnt know, so Ive added them to the list of things to get to know
the reason I asked for someone to look at the git hub is that a lot of jobs are asking for work to be on Git Hub so they can look at it. And I dont actually know any other programmers really over here, defo none that know Android, so i just want the perspective of someone who knows it/works in it
yeah i see that. But I like doing both. So being part of a team but then taking ownership of an area. you still get the collaboration, but like you say, that part is all on you
