I have a weird issue with my chrome

any call to windows api take huge amount of time

to load -- as in even a click to open file browser for <input type='file' />

i git reset --hard cause that's how i roll(back)

chrome itself takes about 5- 15 minutes to start.

but once it works for the first time, everything else

is smooth.

Can i somehow get more insight on this issue ? -- some verbose chrome flag or starting chrome command line ?

It's different. Reading on computers/tablets for long periods of times stresses the eyes. That's why they made e-readers, they have special, nicer screens.
