damn those accents are pretty important in spanish. It's quiet a struggle :P There are a lot of words which are very similar or exact the same with a different meaning AND some words are just different with a little accent

I'm actually pretty sure that my first attempts to speak my "learned spanish" in any spanish speaking country will sound pretty much awkward. Not just for the reason that my spanish probably sucks ass, but .. it sounds like every spanish region has developed it's own language in a way :P

are they really that different?

we got different accents of a dialect in pretty much every third village too, but it's mostly not that different from the main dialect

but what language doesn't have that
