Well yeah it would but wider axle should help it to not flip..... he should also strengthen the sway bar and springs. Possibly even revalve the front and back shocks so that they are not springy but a straight up shock

his biggest problem is going to be how tall the thing is. It makes a better fulcrum. He really needs to move as much mass as possible as low as possible in the vehicle and re do the suspension to accommodate. widening the axles will not hurt with this either.
