I have a FrameLayout that contains a RecyclerView . The FrameLayout never gets its onTouchListner called. Do you know why?

We just don't have the resources for all the different platforms customers want so we are starting to outsource those and I'm managing those mobile projects

Well, I report to our VP of Ops and Tech now instead of the jackass I did before so that has gotten better

It's been pretty prevalent the last few years. Now, there are corrupt police who abuse their power. But attacking them in general doesn't help. This goes both ways.

In MultiWindow or in general how to know which Window is active/focused currently ?
As only Activity has method getWindow() it makes quite difficult to know.
If you have access of Activity object then you can call getWindow() but if you don't know about Activity(other apps) how to get it?
