ProTip: If you're ever having webview issues in an Android KitKat test device. Make sure the date and time are properly set. I was chasing obscure errors down rabbit hole after rabbit hole until I figured out it was just chromium rejecting SSL because of incorrect system date.

tl;dr: I'm an idiot.

That's a protip for anything involving ssl

If the inner class has a reference to the outer class, and you kill the outer class but not the inner class that exists, you get a memory leak.

A really common example is an async task.

because I tried to show an error dialog in onFailure. But, if user leaves fragment before callback returns, it crashes. Obviously, because fragment is not attached to activity anymore.

I've got two tabs, each one shows a list contained within Realm, I'm wanting it so whenever I update one of the lists on one screen, it'll be reflected in the other. Easy if both are creating the lists from Realm but I create the list from the API if Realm isn't set up yet.

don't think so. Unless you disable auto refresh

because in the test I wrote I never called refresh, the changelsitener was called automatically

everytime commitTransaction() was called

so if I open executeTransaction block and do 5 inserts, the change listener is called only once

but if I split the 5 insertions into 5 seperate executeTransaction blocks then the changelistener is called 5 times

that sounds normal
