I have a google play developer account for myself, but now I work for a company and they want to add me to that as well, do I need 2 separate gmails to belong to 2 different developer consoles or can I use 1 account and switch between personal and work?

They should either a) give you a Google Apps account or b) add you to their developer account.
You can do that by using the new NestedScrollView in the new design support library. Just wrap your parent container in a android.support.v4.widget.NestedScrollView.
Just add the design support library to your build.gradle file:
dependencies {
compile 'com.android.support:design:22.2.0'
}
