@deadlydragon00 Submit adds the account. 'Add allowance' gives you the option to add an allowance to the account as seen here.

The difference is pretty obvious to me, IMHO. 'Submit' signifies some sort of completion, but having another button that's further up doesn't.

Also, the title of the screen is 'Add Account' so I wouldn't think that 'Add Allowance' would submit anything, but give me the option to add an allowance, as the button says lol
