I just finished the last requirement, and I'm actually using a few things I learned to build a new app.

Of course, when I started this app it was only supposed to be a 10 hour project, and now about 25 hours in to it...

I've got a defined set of requirements, so...

At least, somewhat well defined.

I'm not sure if I'll finish the whole thing (May and/or June is going to be a very busy month for me...), but I'm going to try to at least do the class, even if a bit delayed...

Originally I was just going to make a simple notification app, but I decided that wasn't as useful when I started getting in to it. 25 hours in, I have build the app I originally intended to build.

I'll probably do a release here pretty soon, I just want to add 2-3 more small features before I do. Then I've got 2 large features coming...

Android Studio 0.5.4 won't run unless I update my SDK tools.

It pops up a little window forcing me to go download the update.

Which is a pain in the ass, but probably better in the long run.

In other news, the Battle.net desktop app now has a friends list.

"Edits must be at least 6 characters" is the biggest load of bullshit. Highlight a block, press Ctrl+K, turn an unreadable logcat output into something readable and I can't even save it.

if you translante "good evening" word for word it is "bonne soirée" and it's a way to say goodbye

that can be confusing for english people

just like "bon après-midi" (litt. "good afternoon") is a goodbye as opposed to english :)
