As for Cambodia, one week is enough. Make sure to go to Siem Reap to see Angkor temples. Don't spent too much time in Phnom Penh. If you like trekking, go to Chi Phat (ecotourism village). Next head to Koh Rong Island for few days

Vietnam is my next step ; in 3 days. I plan to spend almost a month there.
