Well in while loop you're checking if it's not equal to Y or N. So thats why it doesn't step over if loop

yeah the point was

that I used inputString == "Y" first

got flamed on SO for using == instead of equals

changed it and then messed up my while loop

thinking it still didn't work but it was because my loop was fucked
