we have 14 columns with one column "userid" associated with all ,
so is it better to save all columns in one table or to use different tables?
we are using mysql and all 14 columns related to user information like name, phone,address, telephone , so on.....

and do test on these possibilities

test load are a must

don't come up with a single design

have 2 or 3 proto and test load them

IMO, there are no "this must be the way"'s answer

for uploading image or pdf we are giving option in site, as we will save those images in folders, is we need to create column for that one also ?

@AndyK @Sami once registered user upload some image , we will review image and we will inform user that image is not good.

after we inform to user, 7 days will happen, before 7 days if user dont update image, we have to delete that image,

for this is we need to create column for saving "number of days happened after rejection" ?
