Does anybody has an idea why DateTimeZone::listAbbreviations returns wrong informations? See 3v4l.org/WTUAW. For example "Europe/Luxembourg" is said to have an offset of 0 but it's actually UTC+1 (and in summer UTC+2).

this is likely a symlink. so you just change that to the whatever it should point to
