I just changed the username and password to root root to past the code here.

@Tarunn Creating individual jobs to process is the right way to do it....but don't batch them up as 200 per 15 minutes, just have something running every second or so that checks whether there are any jobs to process, pick the top job to run, and then process it.

If you need the jobs to be processed faster than 1 at a time, adding more workers to work in parallel is usually more reliable than trying to batch process stuff.

I have implemented events with three handler methods, NotifyByAndroid, NotifyByIOS, NotfyBYSMS. How i have fired this event from NotificationController@Store method
