Anyway, traditionally, there are two way to get a proposal passed by the c++ standardization committee: 1) be there to defend it, and 2) have a sponsor that's on the committee. Generally speaking, the latter is easier.

If it couldn't resolve, you were required to use the Fully Qualified Name.
