I have the following dataframe x y 11 M 12 P 14 M 15 N 10 N 15 P 16 M 13 E 15 Q 13 R 17 M I want to calculate median for group M and P. I have done this: median(Z$x[Z$y=="M",Z$y=="P"] but it does not work. is there is simple code to do it? Thanks
