@Mikhail what is so particular about building it for arm instead of eg x86? Isn't libtorch a mere userspace lib, meaning it is mostly agnostic about machine specifics

@LandonZeKepitelOfGreytBritn Userspace lib doesn't imply machine agnostic. I've written a fair amount of userland code that's structured fairly specifically to the structure of the pipeline and/or cache of a particular processor. Some of those are actively detrimental on the wrong processor.
