I really mean this: State school in various countries, including Australia, Canada, Scotland, and the United States; a school funded with tax revenue and administered by a government or governmental agency (in contrast to a private school)

Here, a lot of the private schools are subsidized too

but school provides 'standard education', if you hiring private tutors, they can provide catered education to your kids

yeah Mondays can be pretty bad

I assume that the cursor isn't affected by the monitor temperature alteration method they're using so it stays the same but the context changes to a warmer feel, shifting the threshold for "blue-ish" so it includes the typical white of the cursor
