I find different people have different opinion here. I have seen some people converting network object to domain object in repository layer, then viewmodel to map domain to screen specific ui object.
Some uses usecase to map network object to ui object states too.

In a simple new android project with one kotlin class and unit test written against it. Jacoco is producing perfect code coverage report. There is something else which is causing turbulence I guess

Thanks for reply Ivan. Yes, I did found these but didn't understand the way to apply them to android gradle. Having access to jacoco agent is the key here, which currently seems missing to me.

Looks like it still requires internal testing builds to be reviewed. Atleast first time. Their own documentation is vague. On their site, they have mentioned: https://play.google.com/console/about/internal-testing/
