not trying anything.. just had this doubt.. lets say i set a server variable when theres a certain request.. will those server varibales persist when theres another request from a diff machine??

does the $_SERVER varibale and $_SESSION variable stay the same for different requests to a server?

ops.. stupid error.. my database was limiting the field to varchar(25), last few chars were getting truncated :P

both forms are being processed in the same way tho..

oh.. looks like im getting an extra 7 characters in the second hash that are diff..

i know its supposed to be same thing.. only the last 4 bytes difffer

Hey guys.. Just testing a login script.. I have the md5(password) in database but when i try validatiing, the md5(same passwd) is diff from the stored value.. am i missing something?
