so I can't put all data into one array, sort it and calc median then

that's the case, real data source not available yet but should be mocked
so I'm generating random values for now and store it in array

it's ok to split that dataset into some arrays
calculate average value for each array and then calculate average for that array's avg

but how to proceed with median calculation?

is here any math gurus presented?
stack here with a task which looks very simple for first look but quite uneasy after some deep

there is like a simple dataset with size like 4 max array size
and I need to sort it, calculate median and average values

it works very nice when dataset size less than max array size
but if it bigger than some kind of algorithm tweaks required

any suggestions?

it should be sorted to calculate median value
