and I need to do the mysql database design edu

and this 45% of procedural can be like 15% of procedural; I will be clearing things up with youTube -> Peter Fisher (channel) - "PHP OOP full course", some other good channel that somebody told me; and the third good source was the set that I got from here, but the info is gone...

ok, thanks a lot, I should be able to find it now; one thing that I have noticed today - I jump around from edu place to edu place too much - pick one - start and finish it, then move on (like I was doing something, I was coming back to it like today and I dont get the context...)
