@TylerH because a 1rep user who joined 2 hours ago doesn't deserve to be barraged wiith DV's when he's in the process of editing his question. Those voters lack common sense.
@TylerH there's nothing that can be done to improve the status quo of that Q (except maybe deleting, and I don't know if that would add or help the OP at this point). I think it's worthy of taking notice, an example of voting gone wrong.
