there is two scenario --> your cell Identifier is mismatch

else UserPageCell can't identiy the cell class

you need to register the UserPageCell in your current class

@Leace just set arraylist of data to spinner adapter according to your condition

and you get error because you are trying to access item 21th but actually there are only 16 item available

for the image you can use

sdwebimage other other tool for image caching its look like smooth

but for api response and show its take few socons
