Well, to some degree it's legal. Consumption isn't a law case, but possession up a certain limit is. Also production. So I'm a designated criminal, though I never buy or sell something.

It is all bullshit. Lebanon is a great country with great history and diversity, culture tradition.. etc. It is Las Vegas for Arabs and everyone wanted to own Lebanon. Or ruin it if could not. Lebanese were and are very fanatic about "their Lebanon" so they always defended. So whoever couldn't own it, just ruined it.
Media, economic, social.. bla bla bla. We are used to this and blv it or not it did not and won't make a difference. Lebanon is still a great country and still LEBANESE

Why, because Lebanese are protecting it. However, economically it is bad. some corruption as well. But as a tourist, you won't see any bad because the touristic areas are super fine
like hotels and clubs .. pools beaches etc. It is a main source for the country so it must stay safe
