Anytime recently that I flag for dupe content the mods reject it

They claim their scripts pick it up

And they probably will on those answers

the fact it pick its up makes your flag invalid? I dont get this logic

because it is an Answer, it is probably not low quality, and it requires a mod custom flag. And they want nothing to do with it
