i need to know that if my app is running on cellular data and once wifi is enable than that data traffic is route to wifi ( because wifi's higher priority ) i want to set that user selection for which data network want to use

Device is work on priority in general wifi priority is higher so when your both data network is enable the first priority is wifi automatically its depend on device
