Chatting is a privilege that can be taken away. Add a proper invocation sequence for your bot. Spamming a room is unnecessary.

@michaelpri cc @JacobGray The name of the "message" parameter of the watch method is kinda misleading, because "message" will also contain the event of UserEntered. If you rename the message parameter to event, it suddenly looks a whole load clearer what you're doing in case the event isn't MessagePosted.
@ProgramFOX for storing which users have visited, should I make it create a txt file, the convert each line in the txt file into an array value? so if we restart the bot, it still will know who not to welcome.
You know what @JacobGray? I'll edit that file to make all indentation 4 spaces to make sure it follows the Python standards, and then you can be fairly sure it's all fixed.
