The matching is done by two sens, how to change that please? I need just the matching between small and the subgraph of large ? I mean if small is a subgraph of lareg the result must be true.

You could try to use the vf2_subgraph_mono(...) to test for the isomorphism of non-induced subgraphs (as per the documentation page).
@user3101913 We've been over this. It's not a subgraph isomorphism. Boost will not even find the subgraph because it generates vertex induced subgraphs.
