I never said you should follow guides, just that the guide is good. I never even recommended the guide, I just said that if you bothered setting up SSL dire enough, try following the guide I followed.

I have a crappy prebuilt. It's a specific-purpose computer, so I don't think you should be basing your choice on mine, though. I assume you're getting a general purpose computer.
Syncing would override your uncomitted changes. Please commit or discard your changes and try again (Github Windows) how can I solve this? Because I don't want to commit all files?

Should be possible but I use it only locally on my PC. Because my parents don't allow me to host to internet. Also you should read your contract with your ISP. I think you should use a host provider that supports node.js.
@JacobGray: That's an umbrella term. My build is specifically for indexing, hypercaching and distributing processing from and to my home network. Its graphics capabilities suck, and lags on your chatter site thing.
(That's why I mostly use my phone, or my laptop if I have it on, for when I need a browser.)
