i have calculated like this

int thirty = new Integer((int)Math.floor((0.3) *(streamMaxVolume)));
Log.d(TAG,"thirty:"+thirty);
int sixty = new Integer((int)Math.floor((60) * (streamMaxVolume/100)));
Log.d(TAG,"sixty:"+sixty);
int hundred = new Integer((int)Math.floor((100) * (streamMaxVolume/100)));
Log.d(TAG,"hundred:"+hundred);
volumeArray = new int[] { -1, thirty, sixty, hundred};
Log.d(TAG, "volumeArray:" + volumeArray);

(int) (0.3) will give u -> 0
