It pretty much pulls lists of twitter handles which follow a few #gamergate people, and adds them to a block list.
Indirectly this also ousts them as GG supporters, though this might not always be the case.
@rlemon (half-jokingly) suggested to spam pull-requests to the ignore-list file.
Somebody must've flagged it for moderator review, because 10 hours later moderators came in and got mad about the room being used to organize spam-parties
