Q: Set divider for horizontal Listview

Is it possible to make a space between horizontal Listview items? I try this for listview. android:divider="#ffff00" android:dividerHeight="10dp" It's working fine in listview. but I want add divider between horizontal Listview items. How to rectify this Problem?. Share Your Idea?

As we need to set divider height in custom class

But no really, my programming class' still teaching data types after four months, I highly doubt we'll get anything compiled by the end of the term.

Thankfully I already knew Java beforehand, so I can ~~laugh at the teacher and class and close Stack Overflow questions in class~~ not worry.

@Anjali just make that method static and public. Then you can call it anywhere in you application like MainActivity.methodName()

@Anjali yes, you can do that with public static methods. Activity does not need to be instantiated or started(in your case). I have a whole class dedicated to those methods

just be sure, that it doesn't need any particular data which will only be received in that activity is started
