Q: Internet Explorer doesn't load jQuery correctly but it does on localhost

i have this website: pvlts.host22.com It works in all major browsers like Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, etc. But when i open the page on internet explorer, the jQuery elements doesn't load correctly. But, when i open the page in localhost (i'm using wampserver) the page loads c...
