@Drew - I get irritated with hasty closing -- I find dups that are not dups. How is someone supposed to get an "opinion" if those are outlawed. I find "too vague" questions that (to me) were clear enough to give a definitive answer.

@RickJames that Closed Question was 11100 minutes old (7.7 days). No haste shown. We need people that occasionally close vote here. It is our Community Moderation

If you find questions that are too vague or slightly vague, then do an edit, ping us, and we will move mountains to open the great ones. Call my bluff :p

well most of us just create our own db for whatever purpose we fancy for our bots. And use the live SE API. Otherwise 1 week old stale data is available but it might not have what you want to go after. It is not simple by any means
