Is there a way in EF6 to make sure that you have explicitely mapped all entities in your context?

Like AutoMapper has for a unit test for example :p

Does anyone know how to get a deeper stack trace on an exception?

I am running code that incorporates a nugget, getting an objectdisposedexception being thrown

when i turn on break on objectdisposed, it brings up a SemaphoreSlim.cs not found window with further clarification of: System.ObjectDisposedException: 'The semaphore has been disposed.'

is there a way to the entire chain of where that call is coming from?
