I have a large dataset of 4 million rows and running algo's on it is taken a large amount of time. How do I so a stratified split of the data into 10 equal parts i.e. 400,000 rows each and use only 1 part of it to train and test the data I looked at stratified shuffle split and it returns the 100% of the data into 10 parts i.e. each part is an entire dataset index in randomized indices.
