I'm trying to use rand::SmallRng. The documentation says

I've been searching and can't figure out how to enable "crate features". The phrase isn't even used anywhere in the Rust docs. This is the best I could come ...
I was hoping for a question which explicitly says "Some crates may have parts of its API gated on features, so you need to check them out and enable them", rather than "Here is how you enable something you don't know about yet".
