Thanks for the suggestions @E_net4thecurator and @Zarenor! The perfect hash function seems really interesting. I played around a bit with rust-boomphf and it cut memory in half. I'm not sure yet how long the lookup time is in actual ns, compared to the default HashMap, but I'll try that in the morning.
